About
Wellington at Madison is a multifamily residential for 31 housing unit on a 2.86-acre site at 131 Cottage Road in Madison consisting of 27 newly constructed apartment homes which include 14 one-bedroom units and 13 two-bedrooms, to join 4 existing units on site. An applicant’s gross family annual income will be used to determine eligibility for admission. To qualify for the affordable units, the applicant household must be an applicant whose head of household total annual income does not exceed up to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for New Haven County. Seven (7) of the units are un-restricted and will be rented at Market Rate. In conformance with these guidelines, in no circumstance shall any applicant’s household exceed the income and rental limits.
